Stil Fashion produces outerwear suitable for all ages from knitted fabric with its specialized staff and develops its system in this direction.

It carries out the garment production from yarn to loading in accordance with the order criteria received from the customer. For this purpose, it carries out production with its own planning, knitting, pattern shop, cutting, sewing, ironing-packaging units.

It has a monthly capacity of 85 tons of knitted fabric, 150,000 pieces of cutting, 25,000 pieces of sewing and its average monthly loading is 200,000 pieces of finished products. With its staff of 180 people and technological production infrastructure, Stil Giyim A.Ş. carries out production for you, our customers, on time without compromising on quality.

Knitting

The knitting facility, consisting of 16 circular knitting machines, has a monthly raw fabric knitting capacity of ”85 tons”. In the facility where single jersey, three yarn, rib, camisole, interlock and all kinds of knitted fabrics derived from these can be produced, all machines are equipped with full lycra equipment. In order to maintain high quality production and homogeneous features, the fabrics are inspected from the beginning to the end of production.

Fabric Control

It is the guarantee of product quality. All fabrics used in production are checked in the fabric control machine in terms of weaving faults, width, length and color difference in line with fabric quality standards. In addition, the quality assurance department performs tensile, wing, blanket etc. tests in accordance with the fabric type. If the fabric control and test results comply with the acceptance criteria, the fabric is accepted. No fabric that does not comply with the fabric acceptance criteria is processed.

Model shop

In our production model shop, where perfection is aimed in every aspect; from the moment the model turns into an order, we prepare and control the approval samples that need to be sent to the customer, and transfer the technical details about the ordered model to the production units and produce solutions to the problems that may arise from these units. In addition, a team of expert modelers and model machinists work in this unit to accelerate the customer approval and production start processes and to ensure that the technical details about the model are conveyed in a healthy manner.

Our ironing and packaging department, which can make special applications according to customer requests, meets all special labeling demands of our customers’ orders from different countries and prepares them for shipment by specially packaging them in a way that they can be placed on the shelves in stores without any additional processing.

As Stil Fashion, while performing the sewing function, all the processes related to sewing are carried out in our own structure (with machines such as Recme, Overlock, Singer, Buttonhole, Button, Bartack, Thread Cleaning, Piping Cutting, etc.) and 25,000 pieces of goods are sewn per month and offered to other production departments.
